1. Zebra paper:
Zebra paper, also known as soft film, is a type of hot pressed film that resembles zebra skin and is called zebra paper. Its connection method is at a certain temperature
Under pressure and time, connect one end of the zebra paper to the LCD screen and the other end to the PCB board. The connection between them is achieved by bonding the zebra paper with hot pressing adhesive.
Zebra crossings are classified into three types based on their conductive strip materials: carbon strips, silver carbon strips, and silver strips.
2. Silicone strip:
During compression, place a silicone strip of appropriate width and thickness on top to avoid damage to thin and soft spots caused by hard cutting tools
Horse paper can make zebra paper heated, evenly stressed, and efficiently heat transferred.
3. Process conditions:
The three essential conditions for hot pressing technology are temperature, time, and pressure. The pressing temperature is selected based on the same zebra paper
Same temperature. If the indentation width is 2mm and the length is 40mm, the area is 0.8cm2. If the process conditions are written as 30kgf/cm2, the actual pressure it can withstand is 24kgf. Then, the corresponding value can be found on the curve between the actual pressure and the pressure gauge indication provided in the equipment data, which is the set value (or pressure indication value) of the equipment. The general pressing process is to reach the zebra paper pressing temperature T within time t1. In order to achieve reliable pressing conditions, the pressing temperature needs to be maintained for a period of time (t2-t1), while the zebra paper pressing time t2 (t3-t2) is the cooling time.
